Every property is individual, but if the property is ready to go, then we can list it typically within 2-4 weeks.

Not at all, that's what we're here for. Once we have had initial meetings with you and ticked off all the essentials, you can leave us to it; we will handle everything.

It's hugely important to ensure that your property follows the law regarding Health & Fire Safety. As part of the onboard process, we will conduct a risk assessment and advise if any steps need to be taken.

There are many factors, including the facilities, location and general decor and upkeep. We use dynamic pricing to ensure that your property yields its maximum potential.

To make it simple, we collect all of the payments from guests and issue you with a monthly payment at the start of each month, with all costs deducted. There are no further invoices or fees; you receive the final amount.

Yes, many hosts choose to visit their property for holidays or for work purposes. You will need to make an owner reservation with us for any dates you'd like to make use of your home.

Yes, absolutely. We have a small team of 'handymen' who are there for the little jobs. We also work with our preferred electricians and plumbers when needed.

No, we offer a full hotel laundry service, so sheets, duvets, pillow cases and towels are delivered fresh for each stay.
