Flexor Farm – Luxe Collection

We had a fabulous stay at Flexor Farm! It’s a gorgeous home that was incredibly well-equipped and spacious enough for our large group. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the house had all the amenities we could have needed. The host was very communicative, helpful and kind throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a very pleasent 3 nights stay. Great location.

Great place and stay! We really enjoyed our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property mirrored their ad and suíted our needs. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and the house was spotless. We were able to go on enjoyable walks from the property.

We had an amazing stay here, definitely 5 stars. There were 14 of us, including children and we had the perfect time.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the house and bedrooms are very spacious. We were blessed with beautiful weather during our stay, so were able to make good use of the garden, BBQ and hot tub. The children absolutely loved the play area too.
The hosts were great and always quick to respond to any queries.
We loved our stay and will definitely visit again!

5 stars really isn't enough! Quite simply stunning and incredible. For a large party of people you could not do better than this. From the 'get-go' and booking where the team are responsive, helpful and get back to you quickly, they made the whole experience easy and stress free.
Driving up to the property you get the sense it's going to be an amazing stay. And from walking in the door it just gets better and better. The Kitchen is big enough with all the amenities to cater for a large meal, perfect for those who like to cook and socialise in the kitchen.
The living room was spectacular. Comfy sofa big enough for 8+ people to sit with space to move. The table football is a great addition and the competitive amongst us made good use of it!
All of the bedrooms have that luxurious feel, extremely comfortable and so much room to unpack and make yourself at home.
The entire house was spotless and with everything in it you could need for a great stay.
Absolutely amazing, thank you!

We had a lovely stay here. The beds are so comfortable and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in such a beautiful scenic quiet area.

Great stay would recommend

Cannot say enough good things about this property. Above and beyond on communication, lovely thoughtful details like phone chargers in the bedside cabinets. Kitchen was so easy to cook in, everything was spotless. Loved it, we’d definitely stay again!

One hell of a weekend away thanks to this great find! A great place and make sure you walk to the Beaufort Arms while there!!

We had a fab time here celebrating a special 60th birthday. The space is great with lots of outdoor space too. We drive into Bath on one day and explored locally the next, making use of the Cotswold way for a long dog walk.
Communication from the hosts was brilliant and very quick, supporting us with any queries. Everywhere was nice and clean with plenty of space. Thank you.

We had such a lovely stay here! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home from home. The location was perfect and the hosts were so helpful and welcoming throughout. We’d definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a really lovely stay. The house was clean and tidy and exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful surroundings, beautiful, huge house, just as described. Massive grounds, loads of outside seating, gas bbq, hot tub, etc
My elderly mother did find the steps in the property a little daunting but we managed.
Very well equipped home we loved it.

We enjoyed a long weekend at Flexor Farm. The house was as described and in a peaceful location. The children enjoyed the climbing frame and spacious garden. It was walking distance (up a steep hill) to Hawkesbury Upton with the pub and playground.

Lovely property. Very well set up and spotlessly clean
