Nice clean place

La cucina era molto fornita, la posizione ideale per esplorare i dintorni e avere un bagno ad ogni piano era l' ideale per noi (due famiglie con 3 bambini). Appena finiranno i lavori ci sarà anche un parco giochi nuovissimo proprio davanti alla casa. Anche il parcheggio era comodo, abbiamo sistemato due macchine senza problemi. Unico difetto: il futon della camera dei bambini, non molto comodo. Complessivamente siamo stati molto soddisfatti e ritorneremo volentieri!

Very nice stay

Hem estat molt bé a la casa, els espais son grans i còmodes, està neta i te de tot el que necessites per unes vacances.
Qualitat preu i per ubicació, crec que el preu és una mica elevat.

Ok so this place is good value. Basic, but clean and well equipped, just what you need for a night before a wedding or a stay with relatives.
The BIG however is, we were 10 mins over check out, and an angry guy turned up and was very rude to my wife. That is NOT how to run things. It might have been the cleaner, I don’t know, but it left a sour taste in our mouths.

Had a fantastic stay - arrived late Fri for a wedding at Kingscote Barn 20mins away.
Overall property was clean and great value for money - wished we had more time to explore - will definitely visit again at a future date.
Was able to get checkout at 12pm which was great after a late night.

It’s clearly a well-used Airbnb because a lot of the furniture and fixtures/decor is well-loved and worn out in places. The cork screw bottle opener broke on our first night so I replaced it with one I bought down the road (I figured that would be simpler than contacting the host). The place was pretty clean but there were a few spots that could have been better. The kitchen/conservatory area could benefit from some different furniture but I passed that feedback on to Maison Pro and they were receptive (apparently it’s already planned). The host/property management company were very helpful and responsive, but overall I’d say there’s definitely room for improvement. However our stay was comfortable, with plenty of room for three adults and one baby.

Great house, spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and it felt like a home from home. We loved the house guide shared with us before arrival, it made it all super simple and easy to check-in/out.

We had such a fantastic time staying at this house over the weekend! The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were cozy it was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy.

Stayed for 2 nights with family to attend a wedding taking place locally. House was a perfect base, a short walk from local shops and pubs/restaurants. Host was responsive to advance enquiries regarding recommendations for local taxi companies. A great stay, would recommend.

We had a lovely two night stay at Solstar House, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needed to stay in the Stonehouse area. The house was lovely, bathrooms clean, loads of towels. I have nothing to fault and only compliments to his: many thanks indeed.

This Airbnb was in impeccable condition and had everything me and my work colleagues needed to feel right at home. The location was great, very accessible and the communication from the host was fast and direct. Would highly recommend and will be staying again in the future.

The manager and the cleaning staff were really good as they let us stay a few minutes longer while we waited for our ride.

Beautiful kitchen and living room. Bedrooms looked nice, but the beds upstairs weren't comfortable. The bathrooms are very dated and cramped. There's a lovely play area right outside on the front for young children.

A lovely and affordable stay, perfect family base for a nearby wedding. Had everything we needed and plenty of space including parking for 2 cars.

The house was perfect for 7 friends staying together for a couple of nights with all the necessary amenities. Lovely kitchen and sitting room along with the 3 bedrooms. Those who slept on the futon noted that it had a huge dip in it which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on however that won't affect our rating as not everyone will use it - if you do use it, the bed is more comfortable to sleep on upside down. Parking could be difficult with a few extra cars but we got 2 small ones parked comfortably and an occasional 3rd. Overall, a lovely stay for us

Lovely countryside stay, perfect for Cotswolds and/Gloucestershire holidays or staycations. The Solstar house is located at proximal distances from most must-see places in Cotswolds, making it apt for both long and short haul stays. Great family home, highly recommend!

To some extent, it was an excellent deal, since the house was really big, much bigger than we needed. It was also very well cleaned, bed linen was clean too. The house organization was suboptimal for us. We used two bedrooms at the top floor. One is the master bedroom, and had an en-suite bathroom. The other one was used by kids. There was no other bathroom in that floor. When kids needed to go to a toilet at night, they were afraid or too sleepy to go to another floor, and came to us. Which would be OK if the bathroom fan was not so horribly noisy. BTW, it was also very dusty, the only badly cleaned item in the house. So a clear recommendation to replace with modern quiet smart fans that also know what a quiet time is. Overall, be prepared to get a big house with many beds well cleaned but overdue on maintenance, overall dated, in a blunt location with a somewhat weird parking place some 15 m away but with a little safe playground literally at the doorstep.

A Perfect First Airbnb Experience!
This was our very first time staying in an Airbnb, and we were not disappointed! The house was absolutely beautiful and set in an idyllic, peaceful location. Everything was spotless and tidy . it’s clear the hosts have put a lot of care and effort into making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable.
From the thoughtful touches to the overall quality of the space, it far exceeded our expectations. This experience has completely changed how I feel about travel accommodations . I won’t be going back to hotels any time soon. Highly recommended!
