The Annexe at Cherry Cottage

Ce logement était bien placé pour notre séjour dans les Cotswolds, jolie vue sur le jardin, cosy. Lit confortable, bon débit d'eau chaude sous la douche, bien installés.
Juste une remarque : quand nous aérions les pièces, des moutons de poussière sortaient de sous le lit/sous les canapés, mieux vaut ne pas être allergique.
Comme précisé dans la description, il faut mieux ne pas avoir une voiture trop longue pour ne pas dépasser sur le bord de route longeant le logement quand on est garé.
Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour sur place, et avons aimé voir les chevaux de loin !

Cute cottage in a good location, easy to get to landmarks. The parking space was a bit tricky to park in and took a while to locate the key safe (above the door and behind the hanging plant pot). Loved all the animals and owner was friendly and welcoming. We would recommend

Cozy clean place but unfortunately, it was too far from the famous Cotswolds villages so we had to spend hours driving everyday. We loveddd the bedroom and the fire place!

Lovely little cottage annex, perfect for a base place to see local sites.
Great water pressure in the shower and spotlessly clean bathroom. A lovely little garden space and perfect little visitors (Jack & Jay) from the attached cottage.
No access to cold water in the actual property but wasn’t an issue.

The Owner Sue is soo Kind and we loved her Dogs..
The Place is the Right Space to relax and calm down..

A very cozy cottage, reminiscent of an English fairy tale, surrounded by nature, peace and quiet. Very responsive hosts, always available and ready to help. Thank you so much! It was hard to say goodbye to such place.

Such a beautiful quaint getaway. The cottage is so gorgeous with beautiful scenery all around. A great place to reset and relax - couldn’t recommend it more

Had a lovely few days stay here. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The house itself was lovely, a lot of space to walk the dogs around as there is a field just round the back! And the neighbour gave us some eggs! Would definitely come back here😁

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful annexe.
Firstly, this B&B has the best of both worlds - being a 10-minute drive from Gloucester and local amenities in one direction... and in the other endless walks and beautiful countryside. We even went on a few fantastic walks from a guide book provided by the B&B.
We found the property to be absolutely spotless and everything was in working order. The furnishings are perfect for a Cotswold Cottage, they are comfortable and cozy. We particularly loved the fireplace and really appreciated the firewood provided for us to use.
The host was friendly, and very accommodating for our dog - thank you!
If we ever find ourselves in the West Country, we will be sure to book again 😊

Overall a really nice place to stay, good value and very cosy for a 2-night stay. It has lovely views surrounding and the garden outdoor area was lovely. Host was responsive and helped when we needed. Only cons were we struggled to get the log burner fire going even with extensive logs and kindling, and it sometimes felt a bit cold. But a beautiful place to stay - we would definitely return if we visited the Cotswolds again. Thank you ☺️⭐️

Very lovely cottage - great amount of space and well equipped. Lovely bright bedroom. Considering there isn’t a full kitchen how they’ve equipped it works great for a mini break. There was great communication pre and during the visit.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. A great place to unwind and feel at home.

We enjoyed our two nights at The Annex Cherrry Cottage. Lovely cosy little cottage, furniture matched the pictures even though the two bottom rooms things had been moved around.
It is in a good location on the outskirts of Gloucester, outdoor space was nicely decorated and the fireplace was great to sit in front during the evenings. The only thing we didn't like is that the radiators were on timers so during the early evening and mornings they would be on but overnight they would turn off and the cottage would become very cold. There was a plug in heater but that didn't work so if the radiators were able to be operated by the visitors that might have been better. Apart from that we had a great stay and the hosts were very helpful, avaliable to us and we're kind to give us an extra basket of logs for the fire on the house. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Beautiful space, ideal for short stopovers or long weekends, a great place to use as a base to explorer that part of the country.
House house itself is beautiful, like something out of a story, but keep in mind it's of small size.
Overall had a great stay with a friendly neighbour, well a couple on 4 legs.

Really beautiful home especially at Christmas time. Neighbours were lovely and gave us some eggs! We had a problem with the lights and electricity going off one evening but called the host and it was fixed immediately. We miss it already!

Lovely stay, fireplace was such a nice touch. Was in a really nice area perfect for when we wanted to go out. Only small issue was the bed was a little hard for us but I suppose that’s down to preference. Overall 5/5 stay

Very cute cottage to spend a few days in. The only downside is that the car parking space is so tiny that even with a small car it was very difficult to fit in alongside a busy road.

Lovely little home. The couple who live next door were very friendly. The home was lovely and warm. We were very cosy and the fire in the lounge was lovely too. It may need a service though as a lot of build up of soot inside which did make a bit of smoke that would end up coming back out into the lounge rather than going up the chimney. Kitchen was okay. We took our slow cooker but the additional small oven and hobs at the home were very helpful. I would suggest perhaps more utensils such as wooden spoons and ladels to serve food and perhaps some new pans. One pan did not have a handle so only had one to use. A lovely base to visit surrounding areas. We visited many cotswolds villages and a day trip to Bath, an hour and half away. Clear communication with Mason Pro via messaging. Very attentive and helpful. Finally, the wee dogs from next door were absolutely delightful. Cheeky chaps who try and take a sneeky peek inside but a good belly rub soon sends them on their way 😊

Great cosy cottage in a good location

My wife and I stayed for two nights at Cherry Cottage. It was the perfect escape as we wanted to take a short break from work and stay in the countryside. The place was cosy, clean, comfortable and we loved seeing the horses from our bedroom. It's a very good base to visit the Cotswolds, with shops and good pubs just a few minutes drive away.

Wir haben sehr schöne zehn Tage in der Unterkunft von MaisonPro verbracht. Die Einrichtung war sehr gemütlich und wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr groß: Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad haben ausreichend Platz geboten. Es war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und heimelig.
Das Cottage ist direkt an einer Straße gelegen, was es gut mit dem Auto erreichbar macht, allerdings hat man gelegentlich durch den Verkehr Hintergrundgeräusche, was uns jedoch nicht weiter gestört hat.
Die Vermieterin ist super nett und freundlich und hat uns zum Willkommens-Gruß einen Korb mit Brennholz für den Kamin und Äpfel aus dem Garten bereitgestellt.
Kleiner Wander-Tipp: Prinknash Abbey und der dazugehörige Klostergarten ist innerhalb einer Stunde zu Fuß zu erreichen und bei jedem Wetter einen Ausflug Wert!
Mit einem Auto kann man sehr gut Tagesausflüge in die gesamten Cotswolds unternehmen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful location and the premises were actually better than the pictures. Really cosy and lots of great views and good public footpaths nearby.

As a couple of Townie’s we were very excited about our trip to Cherry cottage,
Initially Had a bit of difficulty finding it as cottage didn’t register on Sat nav ,
But very pleased when we found it and not disappointed looks very quaint,
seem a bit dark inside but you get used to it after all that is how people lived all those many decades ago .
Very nice lady next door kindly gave us fresh eggs and apples ,
The location is near a road and ideal for visiting the wonderful countryside

Delightful three nights in this lovely cottage on beautiful grounds with a friendly host. Sightseeing recs: Gloucester Cathedral, Sudeley Castle, Painswick, and the Cotswold Way. Food recs: the king’s head just 15 min by foot and le papillon in Painswick. Thanks, Sue!

Lovely Cottage. Footpaths from the property for walking. Off road parking, chickens, horses and two Jack Russell's. We had a great few days and left feeling relaxed.

Lovely old cottage Overall we enjoyed the cottage with lovely views with neighbouring horses, chickens and friendly dogs.

A last minute booking as my parents live up the road and about to move house, so we were unable to stay with them.
Cherry Cottage was a perfect find and dog friendly so we could bring our dog with us.
The cottage was perfect … exactly like the photos. Bed was very comfortable and an excellent shower. We were able to go on some great walks from the cottage and could easily walk into Upton St Leonard’s.
Very friendly hosts and were even given fresh eggs for breakfasts.
The location is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds.
